  Enterprise Rental on Bagby, Waco Tx did an amazing job in getting me into rental car. David was friendly courteous showed me all buttons inside how everything works. This was great hassle free experience. Will definitely use again. Great job 👍

  Made a reservation for 12:30 today, had to catch an uber up there and got there at 12:15 and was told they had no vehicles available, the manager said he would get one from across town so I waited. The guy came with the vehicle while the manager was leaving and telling the new guys what the deal was, an older couple came in and David went outside and talked to the manager and came back in and proceeded to give the vehicle to them that they brought over for me, with no explanation to me whatsoever,I caught on to what was going on and asked and still no explanation of why I wasn’t getting the vehicle when it was specifically brought over for me. The manager left without coming in and saying a word and David was a total jerk about everything, no one said we’ll try and find you another one or anything, things got heated outside when David come out and tried to give me and crappy stare down , when I told him don’t give me that look , he wants to approach me and ask if I was threatening him, , he was trying to escalate the situation, then wants to turn around and say you know what, never mind . My question is never mind what? Did he think he was about to do something?? Sorriest customer service I have ever dealt with in my 59 years of life!!!! The manager should have told me what was going on before he just decided to leave because he set the whole thing up with me!
