- MKMs KDec 28, 20251.0I can understand the 3.9 rating I'm surprised that it is not lower. We booked online and stood in line nearly 40 minutes for them to tell us they don't have any cars available. What a waste of time. I could've better use that time to find another car rental service. Very bad business and no excuse for it. From reading the reviews this is a normal occurrence. I will be reporting this to the BBB as consumers we need to do more when companies operate fraudulently as this company appears to be doing.

- AFAdam FainDec 23, 20251.0Do not rent from this location. I’ve rented from here twice. Both times the cars ran fine, but they were not very clean. The second rental turned into a major issue—I received a notice three months after returning the vehicle claiming I owed $4,000 for damage, despite being told everything was fine at return. They said there was damage to the roof of the SUV. Rent at your own risk. I’ve never had to inspect the roof of a rental car before, but I’ll be doing that from now on.
- LRLuis RamirezDec 21, 20253.0Very nice people but we had our transmission breakdown and had to leave it at the mechanic but since we dont live in Waco we were not able to rent a car with debit card, venmo, paypal, or cash, they required a credit card and thats ridiculous, specially because the website does'nt tell you that when you make a reservation for it. Luckily they at least took us back to the auto mechanic place to get our belongings
