If they just pay to hire help then it wouldn’t take over an hour to get a vehicle. It also might be possible to reach them over the phone. Other issues: Tires in car we got were balding Car we booked was not available Not enough seats for all the people waiting over an hour to get their car
- QMQuiana MathisOct 28, 20253.0Fees were not explained right and I didn't receive my full deposit back, the vehicle also could have been detailed a little better as to us finding someone's sunglasses in the back seat and not as clean as most rentals I have received usually I have a really good experience but not this time at this location, also they spelled my email wrong so when they corrected it I was told that it won't send info twice so I had no idea what my contract showed, also I was charged so many times for deposit that idk anymore what I was even being charged for.
