I'm not saying they were totally at fault here but what my insurance company was telling me and pulled up on my app was not what enterprise was telling me. First I was authorized a truck, they had "no trucks available", but went as far to say I was only authorized a $35 a day rental or small sedan. Second I got zero word from my insurance about having to turn it in Monday when I got it Friday evening. From what I was told and what was in the app it was a five day rental. An hour after getting the vehicle enterprise told me they needed it back Monday or I would be charged and the insurance would not cover it. Maybe this was a car for someone else that I rented? Considering I turned down what they had for me because of the food crumbs and dirt in the vehicle, and I wasn't supposed to get the vehicle I got. I don't have these issues with other enterprise or Avis locations when I travel.
