    I rented a vehicle from Enterprise after my car was totaled. The initial rental process at the Dallas location was quick and easy, and the employee onsite walked through the vehicle with me, pointed out existing damage on the back end, and took photos that he said were uploaded to their system. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not taking my own photos, which I will never do again. When I returned the vehicle to the Waco location, the employee checking it in also noted the prior damage. However, she claimed there was no documentation or photos in their system to support my claim and told me she would have to file a damage claim against me. She even stated that it is common for this company to pass off existing damage to other renters to pay for, which is extremely unprofessional and concerning—especially for customers who are already in a stressful situation after an accident. Due to a winter storm, I was unable to immediately speak with anyone at the Dallas location. I later received an email stating I owed nearly $3,000 in damages, with no investigation and without speaking to me at all. I went to the location as soon as possible to address the issue. The original employee was no longer there, but another employee assisted me and was able to pull up the photos almost immediately, clearly proving that the damage existed prior to my rental. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and took time out of my personal life to resolve, despite the evidence being readily available in their system. While the rental process itself was smooth, the handling of this damage claim was careless, stressful, and avoidable. I have yet to hear from anyone even after proving the damage was not my fault. I will NOT be using Enterprise in the future and will NOT be recommending to anyone to use.

    After reading the google reviews, I was very leary that I would be blamed for damage that I didn't do. I was pleasantly surprised. The guy checked out the vehicle in front of me making note of previous body damage. When I checked it in, he was quick and efficient. He did tell me to bring it back clean, so I ran it through a car wash. After I checked it in, they washed it and didn't even dry it off. I did. Other than that, it was a great experience!!

    2nd customer today that was given a spill about sales team selling the vehicles the customer had reserved.... Reserved a specific vehicle for a trip and was given something that cost more to drive over time ... Couldn't be more disappointed in this facility no contact was made prior to arrival nor attempt on the facilities behalf... No comps offered just sorry bout that I got a mini van is all I have and yeah the gas mileage is terrible.... Update upsale, at the end for insurance and roadside assistance. I'll never use enterprise again this is ridiculous not only do we not have anything that you ordered but you wanna pay more for a vehicle you didn't order.
