  Cannot say it any clearer than, I have been way above pleased every time I have been there. They are attentive in listening to the problem. They are friendly. They communicate well. They are prompt in their service. I even went in once without an appointment and they got me figured out, repaired, and back on the road quickly. They go above and beyond also. Another time I went in for service/repair and when my car was ready and it was time to go it was absolutely pouring rain, I mean coming down, and with the car parked out in the parking lot, they did not hesitate in making the run to go pick it up for me. They got drenched while I remained dry. Their service department is not only about servicing your car, it is about providing customer service as well.

  I was very distressed my car engine went out i desperately needed a vehicle my credit score is in the middle and I only had a thousand dollars and i needed someone to care i reached out to the dealership after seeing a picture of this beautiful Mustang on Facebook and they had me in that car by the time I got off work, they even came and brought the car to my job so I could test drive it. When I tell you the salesman, Randy glass went out of his way to make sure I was okay.I have never in my life.Had such a great experience with any car dealership i highly highly recommend douglas nissan if you're looking for can you car or truck even my payment was good will I got there after work they had everything ready for me.It took maybe fifteen minutes before I had my keys car was washed and the tank was full these guys were amazing they went over the top to make me feel special at a time where I needed that the most thank you guys
