- WCWilson ClarkMar 16, 20261.0Went to get an oil change and tire rotation from Douglas Nissan and when we get the vehicle back, the gps and speedometer screen are all out of wack. The gps had the location as if we were on moonlight, but the dealership is off of lp340. Took the truck back to get the issue corrected and they say “they fixed it”. Drove right out to the same issue. I then called them and the service rep is going to tell me that I need to pay 165 so they can diagnose an issue that they caused, even though his tech was the person that caused it. If he was unfamiliar with resetting the oil life, I could have done it myself but instead they pressed all kind of buttons and changed settings to which now I’m going to have to take elsewhere to get resolved. I have been to this place a number of times and never had this issue(look it up). You don’t ever have to worry about any of my vehicles coming there. The service rep definitely doesn’t need to be there
