  If I could give this place zero stars I would ! They had my vehicle for 2 days and didn’t even start on it, when I called that I was on the way to pick it up and didn’t want to be serviced anymore they said okay. I arrived and my DRIVER SIDE WINDOW WAS WIDE OPEN WITH THE KEY IN THE IGNITION AND IT WAS RAINING OUTSIDE!! Not only am I upset that my entire door panel and controls got wet , but SOMEONE COULD’VE STOLEN MY VEHICLE thanks to these ID!OTS !! And then the guy wants to lie and say he doesn’t know who did that. This place is very unprofessional and I would not recommend to come here AT ALL!! Save your time and money !!!! INSTEAD GO TO JESSE BRITTS THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING!!!! City tire and battery is the sorriest establishment I’ve EVER been to

  My Subaru Forester needed new struts. Given the cost of factory struts, I wanted to get a Bilstein lift kit for not much more money. However, local shops don't carry anything like this and most shops are unwilling to install customer purchased parts. I ended up purchasing a Rallitek 1" lift kit and adjustable endlinks online and brought them to City Tire & Battery. I worked with Ray and he took the car and the parts and got everything installed. The turn around time was a bit longer than I expected, but they did a great job. They car looks great and rides great and they completed the necessary four wheel alignment after the install. I appreciate City Tire & Battery for helping me with this upgrade. They did put on the invoice "no warranty on parts or labor". I guess that's to be expected since they didn't provide the parts, but they took the job seriously completed the work to the highest professional standards. I'm sure it's case by case basis, but if you need some work done that other shops may not be willing to do, definitely give these guys a call and see what they can do for you. Give these guys a call even if you need work other shops do. They're great!

  I had an annoying, slow leak in my driver's side back tire, so we took the car to City Tire & Battery, our go-to tire shop. They got us right in, diagnosed the problem (a screw and a staple!), patched the tire, and had us out the door in less than an hour. The folks are great, the service is amazing, and the prices are very fair. We are very, very grateful!

  The staff is amazing to the people in the front and to the people on the back. If you don’t understand something, they will gladly sit there and explain it. Look up prices with you and try to suit you what fits best. Highly suggest them if you ever need an alignment or tires.
