They didn't let us know or add signs that it would be closing. They are portables, so no need to close them as they had at least 30 trucks parked there. They need to just shut down until they can get fully operational.

Going inside is even worse. They’re out of water. So when you flush, nothing happens. 568 is quite possibly one of the nastiest Pilots I’ve been to.

If you want an actual roadmap on how to run a streamlined, customer-friendly operation, I’d recommend bringing in someone from Chick-fil-A to advise on store optimization and organization.
