I'm not one to complain much but this place is out of control in Victoria. I have been a customer for over a decade . I've purchased now 3 sets of rims from them, the first 2 go rounds were a breeze, that's why I went back this 3rd time. I have been driving unsafely for 4 weeks now. When I bought this 3rd set, rent a tire sent my vehicle to a hole in the wall tire shop that has been raided multiple times for drugs and etc. After the new rims were put on( mind you I had a set of DUBS that I purchased from them prior to this set that they had to take off to replace the new set) my sensor lights started going crazy. Says my front right tire is low and also reads that I have no tires on the back end of my car, traction light is on so I'm also unable to drive down the highway in cruise control, this is so ghetto!
Now, mind you I called the shop over and over , even left voicemails, with no return calls. I have driven up there 4 times. They don't open until 10:30, second time Billie was on lunch, third time no Billie,fourth time my husband takes it up there and Billie is there but guess what, now the device needed to fix the sensors doesn't work. So supposedly Billie emails boss and asks for a new device. Week goes by, I call and leave two voicemails, 2 days apart, to see if device has came in, never a return call. I also called two other times but no one answers. May I ask what is going on that's too important to answer the phones, bevause they are not changing tires that's for sure.So again my husband goes up there today and a guy named Joseph is working in the shop, he actually called and talked to me from my husband's phone. My sensors are not correctly installed. He had a device and reset everything but stated that if it doesn't work that sensors are going to have to be replaced yet I may be charged for them, I think not, yet I know he's just doing his job..
So here I am writing this review because Raul doesn't answer my call or at least the number I was given to reach him by the accountant who called me a day early for my payment yesterday gave to me. I'm needing someone that's above this company to see this and contact me. If anything happens to me while on the highway this weekend I will hold this company responsible. I have never had such poor customer service. What woman wants to drive anywhere with tires lights constantly beeping I can't even listen to the radio nor drive in cruise.. I do not appreciate being ignored and brushed off when I have never been late on one payment in over 10 years. If I could give 0 ⭐ I would ..
By the way, you can't keep anyone employed in the actual workshop because the grown men inside in the air-conditioning won't help them. I've seen this go on for years. Get you some women in there that can make sales. The only one I give credit to is Joseph and the accountant whom called me a day early due to the office guys not setting my payments on the right day. He got an ear full due to the lack of the other employees service towards their loyal customer.Also my advice to this company is to not use the off the Wall drug infested tire shop that you sent my car to when you didn't have your own employee working in your shop, tjat should be a breach of contract automatically..

This is an honest review & experience with this shop. If the owner or manager replies with an explanation or anything other than an apology, they’re lying.
Dishonest. Time wasters. Unprofessional. Bill was cool, but that’s about it.
Spoke to a gentleman named Jamal there, twice. Both times I was transparent that my truck was running steel spacers on the rear (I have a dually). Both times there were no problems. I told him I was missing a lug on one of my spacers & he told me plainly “don’t worry about it. We’ll get you taken care of.” Told me to show up at 5:30pm on a Monday (talked to him on Friday). Called them before going in to confirm my appointment on that Monday. Jamal picked up again and told me to come in, remember, this is on the day of my appointment. Turns out, their tire tech never works on Monday. Drove half an hour for nothing. When I got there I spoke to Bill, which I’m assuming is the manager. Nothing negative to say about him. He’s a nice guy. There was another gentleman in the office area when I was talking to bill, & had a whole conversation about my spacers with the both of them, & how they’re heavy grade and not cheap & that I go to RAW tires because they don’t mind them. I’m even a returning customer & even have an account there. Same truck, same spacers. Bill told me he’d take care of me since I drove a half hour for nothing. He gave me a discount on my tires & installation. He told me come back tomorrow (Tuesday) & we’ll get the tires installed. NO QUESTIONS ASKED, & if they have a problem tell them to call me. Told him I work & don’t get off till around 4:30pm, so I’d show up around 5-5:30pm. He said no problem.
I drive the half hour again the next day, hoping to get my tires installed. Nope. Jamal told me they don’t do spacers… so did the other guy that I had spoken to the day before who heard my conversation with Bill ABOUT my spacers. Crazy how their policy changes in less than 24hrs. Why is it a problem now when it wasn’t a problem on Friday when I told Jamal, and Monday when I spoke with Bill? I have spacers on my truck & they state the company policy doesn’t allow them to install tires on a truck running spacers. Why are they telling me this after I drive out there twice? Everyone involved knew I have spacers on my truck. I understand, I’m an understanding guy, but these people wasted my time TWICE. Time. Fuel. Wasted.
Finally after them going back and fourth with each other, I had to blatantly ask “Am I Getting Tires On My Truck Or Not?!” They told me no & I asked for my keys back and left. They tried to get me to buy just the tires, but how could I, after they looked me in the eyes and lied to my face. Not professional at all.

Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early.
