I have han a pending incident with the management of this car wash and have followed all the instructions they have given me and they continue to ignore the damage their car wash caused to my vehicle wash. The incident occurred back in July and even though they say that they will contact me they continue to ignore my incident. They have serious management issues all the way to the top and the team leaders at the car wash are the worst.
