    We rented a car for a 13-hour road trip. Along the way, we discovered roaches (adults and babies) crawling along the dash, doors, seats, etc. We contacted the Victoria location and was told to take it to any Enterprise and they would switch it out. We stopped at the closest location and was told they had nothing available even though it appeared their parking lot had cars in it. Our travel itinerary does not allow time for us to be running all over trying to track down a vehicle. I feel like Enterprise should be making the calls and lining this up for us.

    This is my first time writing a review. Currently renting a car from the Victoria, TX location. Our ROACH count is up to 5 on day 3 of a 7 day rental. I feel ROACHES crawling up your arm at night could possibly be a safety hazard. Called the Victoria location and the Rep apologized and said to take it to any location and would get it swapped out. Went to closet location in Kansas City and was told to try the Airport location. I dont feel like I should have to keep going out of my way to swap the car out.

    Despite checking in early and online, I was bypassed as several customers who arrived after me were checked in first. I was asked to wait aside and observed others being assisted with their vehicles, which ultimately left me with what felt like the leftovers. This entire process felt patronizing and inefficient.
