As a family, this has put us in an incredibly stressful and unfair position. This dealer shows a complete lack of responsibility and concern for their customers. We strongly recommend avoiding them—especially for out-of-state purchases.

Information that would be good to know ahead of time. Oversights happen, but if you know what’s coming in, plan accordingly or at least give someone a heads up that there could be a scheduling conflict. Communication is key.
