  Never in my life would I ever thought I would be able to own the truck of my dreams. Vernon Auto Group made that happen with ease. They have amazing staff, plus willing to go above and beyond the call to make your dreams become a reality. I can’t thank Vernon Auto Group for their hard work, dedication, and generosity in what I what I was afraid was mission impossible.

  A truly excellent experience! We've purchased two vehicles—one in 2019 and another just last week—and couldn't be happier. The cars were delivered in great condition, and the sales team was attentive and professional, ensuring we never felt pressured to buy anything unnecessary. They even resolved issues after the purchase was finalized. Highly recommended.

  Honestly never heard of this group and probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for seeing one of their dealer cars on the road. Just purely on how your associates drive your dealer vehicles I would never buy a vehicle from them. They had a brand new electric Charger Daytona and the driver was driving like a pure tool cutting in and out of lanes just very unprofessional considering your companies logos are all over your car and out of state buyer tags.

  My husband and I have bought a vehicle here before and had no problems but unfortunately those people who helped us back then are no longer there today. My review that I’m writing today (November 10th 2025) is for Dearick. My husband grew up in Vernon and still has family there. We were in desperate need for a new vehicle. We live in burleson Texas which is about 3 hours from Vernon. We took the day off from school and work on Wednesday November 5th to go look at a car that my husband had been talking to Dearick about. When we arrived Dearick looked less than intrested to see us. He didn’t tell us much about the vehicle just handed us the keys for a test drive. My father in law met us up there from work. He lives in Vernon. We test drove it and we liked it. Weren’t in love with it but we weren’t picky. We needed a vehicle fast due to life changes going on. Dearick told us we were approved by a bank and what our payments would be. We told him we would be needing gap. He said he would have to get with the finance team and get back to us. He told us the car wouldn’t be ready to go that day since it had not undergone the inspection from their side yet. We left and he promised to be in touch. He said the car would be ready for pick up Saturday November 8th. This worked since we had to travel 3 hours to get it. We heard nothing Thursday. We called to see if the finance team had the final numbers after gap and they said they didn’t know yet. Friday dearick texts us at 2 pm that now the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Again; we have to travel and that meant taking off from work and school. Finance still doesn’t have payment final number. Saturday we call to find out Dearick isn’t even there. He called in. Finance team acts like they didn’t even know about the situation. We were told the finance team would call us back. We were told this 3 different times and we still to this day haven’t had a call from them. We ended up going to Burleson Toyota here at home and after 2 hours we walked out with a fully loaded Buick Enclave. They were the best people to work with. Come Monday dearick still hasn’t called us nor has the finance team. We call the dealership and told them sales off. We have a new car. THEN Dearick texts us and says yall got a car elsewhere? YES. YES WE DID. You sir didn’t want to make a sale bad enough. You lack communication with your customers. You left us hanging. We never got final numbers back. We never got updates. The car has yet to become ready for taking. It’s insane that yall get buisness when this is the way yall do people. We will not be back which saddens us because we had such a great experience 5 years ago and this is the reason we traveled just to use you guys. Never again. For anyone in the burleson area Burleson toyota is amazing and Logan is the best! The finance team is on it as well! Got us gap and the powertrain warrenty all added in for no extra cost. Let me stress we don’t have great credit but they made it all work out and got our payments where we needed them. They truly care about their customers. Best dealership out there!

  This is an incredible place to get a vehicle. I’m out of state in Indiana. They delivered my truck and offer many flexible delivery options with incredibly fast shipping. Paper work was super simple and easy. Don’t think I ever had an easier process with any other vehicle I’ve had in the past. The inventory options are insane. The extended warranty options are plentiful with knowledgeable employees that explain everything. If there was a miscommunication they get resolved and go above and beyond to make it right. This will definitely be my forever truck and if it isn’t I’m coming back to Vernon. I’m a very critical reviewer so if I am not happy trust me I’ll post it. Vernon auto group is a good trustworthy reliable place that truly puts the customer first before the sale. Thank you for all your help and excellent service on my dream truck. 5 stars all around.
