- TCTracy Chappelle2 days ago1.0My husband and I parked here for the night, as my husband parked, I went on the pilot app and ordered a whole pizza and took advantage of the free slice as well, waited 25 minutes or so and proceeded inside to grab it and come back to the truck. When we went inside we were told by the “manager” he had not made it yet because his cashier had not shown up yet for him to go back to the back to make it. Ok….we sat down and waited, 10 minutes later he comes out with a pizza, which was not what I ordered and not the individual slice. Remind you, what I ordered cost more than what he gave us. Not wanting to wait any longer I ask him for the extra cost of what I paid and he said you have to take that up with DoorDash, I said I didn’t order through DoorDash I ordered off the pilot app, he said that isn’t my problem, contact them, I did you a favor by making it. Whoa, what?! I said who is above you? He then stated he was the manager, mind you he looked maybe 20 or so, and said I don’t care if I get fired! I then told him well you definitely dont care too much for your job!
