Also after you get all parked you'll notice that every single space does reserved you can't even read it until you're out of time. What a racket.

They swear that they didn't get their truck last week but come on barely any creamer package no Creamer in the automated dispensers? No sugar whatsoever for the coffee. No sign up, saying that there is a shortage or they didn't receive their truck... And the girl working the desk this morning. I'm not trying to get nobody in trouble; but what is really going on? I don't know if she was half asleep or high or what? But could barely even formulate a word and then acted like I was bothering her by getting my a coffee little breakfast pastry. Do better Van Horn do better.
- RTRoy TroutnerDec 8, 20251.0Worst pilot ever. At midnight employees pounding on side of trucks in the parking area claiming it’s a reserved parking. No signs no paint on the ground. Very hostile. Very uncalled for. Threatening to call police. Waking drivers up while in sleeper berth is not ok. If I would have known this was reserved parking I would have paid before going to sleep. I will never she end money at this truck stop again. I recommend avoiding at all cost. It’s dirty, gross, and in bad shape. The Employees don’t care.
