  I’m not sure where to even begin. My husband and I bought a vehicle in San Antonio I won’t disclose the name at this time, on Feb 24. but let’s just say we were sold a vehicle that after about a week of ownership, the transmission was shot. We had a warranty and fought with said dealership to make things right. The dealership wanted us to pay out of pocket to tow the vehicle to SA. It would have been over 600$, I contacted Uvalde Chevy (as suggested by our warranty company) and later that afternoon Robert had our vehicle up and loaded and headed to Uvalde. No fees nothing. After sever weeks of run around from the dealership in SA Robert finally received the paperwork that was being requested by the warranty company. He kept me in the loop through everything and was very supportive with our situation. He tried everything to get the inspector to understand our situation but of course our claim was denied. That’s a whole other story. Anyway Robert recommended what we needed and we were able to get the vehicle fixed. We will forever be grateful for the service that was provided by Uvalde Chevrolet and the hometown feeling that we received.

  After being given poor attitude from a ford dealership, my wife and I drove to Uvalde Chevrolet and were immediately welcomed by Katy and Robbie. They took the time to show us the inventory and see our best options for pricing, affordability and reliability.   Dominka Davila at Uvalde Chevrolet was professional and trustworthy. She took ownership of my inquiry and made a smooth transition to my online inquiry, in person transaction and follow up. She valued my time and answered all my questions in a sense that made me feel cared for and understood. Upon arriving at the dealership Ms. Davila was readily available and directed me to the gentleman Mr. Joseph Rangel. Mr. Rangel took the time to understand my needs, remained professional at all times and was able to describe all the features and benefits of my purchase. Between him and Mr. Bryan Alderson they worked hard to assist me in every aspect. From a simple inquiry I was not expecting to drive home in a vehicle the same day. This team was simply amazing, helpful and professional. I am so thankful I took the time to meet with them and so happy for my new purchase. Thank You so much!!
