She ignored me at the front counter trying to return a vehicle for 10 minutes and when I tried talking to get her attention she would snap at me while she was FaceTiming. When I would ask questions or my mom would. ask something she would say she was yelling and walk off or say stuff to try to make us sound stupid. Definitely not a place to do business with. Ontop of everything they tried saying I wasnt gonna get my down payment back because I returned the day I was scheduled to they tried saying even though it said today it was supposed to be the day before
