- KKKAZ2Y5Nov 12, 20254.0Booked an appointment for a car rental, upon arriving the car was not in yet and was running late, not to mention there was only one worker to assist customers, clean the vehicles, and take care of all the prep and paper work so a line quickly built up after me but Carly did amazing job getting literally EVERYTHING done from checking me in, taking care of the problem of my rental not arriving on time, washed and clean the inside of the replacement, turns out there was a liability hold so she went and cleaned yet another one for me all while customers were coming in and she was still tending and took the time to make sure everything was good and to my liking. A big shout out to Carly! She deserves high praise and to be recognized! She's the only reason I am rating it this high but I couldn't give it 5 stars because enterprise should really work on properly staffing their facility instead on having one person doing everything, pretty disappointing from a company as big as enterprise. Hope they give her a raise and some help with running the facility
