  I had an issue with my truck horn not working, and I went to AutoZone for help. Gilberto Lozano went above and beyond to assist me. He didn’t just sell me parts — he took the time to help me build and install a new horn properly. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the whole process. Thanks to him, my truck is working perfectly now. Great customer service like this is hard to find. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend asking for Gilberto if you visit this location!

  Needed a new battery, Thank you to Gilbert and your team at the AutoZone in Uvalde. I was able to purchase the correct size battery for my bronco sport. Gilbert assured me with exchanging the old battery out for the new one. He was knowledgeable and in no time had the old one out and the new one in. Thank you for all your help!
