- JFJessica FoxxMar 26, 20261.0Steer clear! So far I used their service once for a PPF application to my bumper and I don't know if the worker was lazy, rushed, or both. Final product was delivered to me with a huge warping on the PPF right on top of the bumper in 3 places! Couldn't miss it! Then I started closely examining everything. In the crevices, instead of a clean razorblade cut to the PPF and tucking in the edges with a tool, the PPF was frayed and shredded along a 4 inch section like they were using a dull razor blade to cut and they didn't even bother to tuck it in the edge crevice afterward. Then I found not 1, but 2 places where they cut slices of color off my bumper with a razor blade! This was ONLY the bumper they needed to wrap because the rest of my car was done years ago. If this is the shoddy work this place does to just wrap a bumper, I'd steer WELL CLEAR of this shop for your vehicle PPF applications.

I paid almost $100.00 in “Shop Supplies” and when asked what that was for, it was for razor blades and paper towels. That’s like charging you for parking when you are getting gas. Just plain stupid. Nowhere noticeable when walking in nor verbally explained you are getting charged for shop supplies. So just for a few more bucks they have lost all my business for ever. Think about that when you fail.

Gilbert explained the processes and answered any questions I had. It was easy to schedule with a reasonable turnaround.
