I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this Enterprise location.
From the very beginning, the staff never properly received the vehicle when it was given to me, and when I returned it, they also refused to properly check it in. This lack of professionalism creates serious issues for customers.
It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation and keep my deposit, even though the damage they are claiming was already present when I received the car. They were aware of it, yet still attempted to shift responsibility onto me.
On top of that, it has been over three weeks since I filed a claim, and I still have not received my money back or any clear resolution. The delay and lack of communication are unacceptable.
This is poor management, poor customer service, and a very disappointing experience overall. I would strongly advise others to document everything carefully if renting from this location.

I rent cars from this enterprise quite frequently. They work out most of the time. The one time I had issues with the vehicle they adjusted the price to address the issue

Guy who did the inspection completely missed the huge cracks in the windshield and unfortunately I did as well (first time renter) and went through so much hell to prove those damages were present at the time of the initial inspection. After enterprise filing a claim with my insurance, they all of a sudden decided not to move forward with the damage claim. I was not given any explanation as to why they weren’t moving forward. Obviously I was relieved that they realized the damages were there prior to me renting the vehicle but I would have appreciated an apology at the very least for how everything went down. To be honest seems kind of sketchy. The fact that pictures of the vehicle aren’t taken before and after each and every rental perpetuates situations like this to continue to happen. Enterprise should be ashamed of themselves as a business to allow this to continue.
