HOWEVER, when I order for delivery, my fountain Coke ALWAYS tastes like Diet or Zero Coke! Why?! I order regular Coke... so, why am I receiving a drink that tastes like Diet or Zero Coke?! In person, the drink that I get is Coke Original or Regular Coke, whatever it's called now. And, it tastes fine, like Coke. So, is it the person who does the order just getting whatever they want for pick up orders??! Or my taste buds just happen to be "off" whenever I drink fountain drinks delivered from this location? It may seem small or petty, but when I order something, I expect to receive what I order. I've lost track of how many times this has happened. Maybe 3 or 4 times. One too many times. Either someone is lazy, can't read, or something's wrong with your fountain machine. Annoying!!!!

Corporate does not call you back or respond to messages. How do I resolve this, without wasting my time and walking in face to face to deal with rude people inside. Someone needs to address this ASAP.
