- NSNiki S.Feb 7, 20261.0Carlos R. was extremely rude, raised his voice at me and slammed the little widow on my face after telling me they were just going to "hurry up and get my oil change done to get me out of there!" after I was just telling him no that I didn't need my transmission flushed, or my spark plugs done or my radiator flushed since I've done that work already myself. All I told them I needed when I first arrived was an oil change and a tire rotation, to which I was told that it would be a few hours for a tire rotation due to 2 vehicles already on the 2 lifts. So I said, fine then I guess just the oil change. Carlos called me up to the widow to show me my 2 air filters, telling me that my cabin air filter was "full of mold" which, unless you're a botanist, you're not licensed to diagnose mold. I then told him I'd go to Oriellys to purchase that for 20.00 instead of 50.00 that they were wanting to charge. I guess, you're not allowed to maintain your own vehicle 🤷🏼♀️. He was just very unprofessional and there was no reason for getting loud or slamming the window throwing a tantrum when he didn't get his 'upsale.' He then proceeded to act overly nice to a lady in there getting her brakes done after our incident, letting her know with a smile on his face, that her vehicle was halfway completed. I did report him to jiffy lube.
