Ich habe hier ein Produkt gekauft und mir wurde ein Produkt über eine Benzinpumpe für die Klimaanlage vorgestellt, aber nicht einmal der Verkäufer wusste, wie man es benutzt und gab nur eine grobe Anleitung. Selbst als er Hilfe brauchte, half er überhaupt nicht und sagte nur, dass er nicht könne. Die zwei Sterne, die ich vergab, galten dem jungen Mitarbeiter, der sehr enthusiastisch war, als er sah, wie ich mit der Gasflasche in der Hand kämpfte, aber nicht wusste, was ich tun sollte. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Dank diesem Mann wusste ich zum Glück, dass das Produkt, das mir verkauft wurde, defekt war. Als ich jedoch um Ersatz bat, teilte mir der Verkäufer (der das Produkt auch vorstellte) mit, dass dies das letzte sei und es keinen Ersatz mehr gäbe. Und ich musste in ein nahegelegenes Geschäft gehen, um das Produkt umzutauschen. Das war sehr zeitaufwendig und mein Eindruck von diesem Geschäft war nicht gut.

First they said they didn't have a tool to "reset the computer". When I pointed out that my vehicle didn't require the computer reset to change the battery they then said they wouldn't change it because, and I quote, "It's dark outside and we close in an hour." So I told them fine, I'll go to O'Reilly's. They tried telling me that O'Reilly's would say the same thing. Guess what? O'Reilly's actually changed my battery in the dark, with only a 10mm wrench and a 1/2 in. socket with ratchet and extension. NO COMPUTER RESET TOOL NEEDED! So if you actually want help replacing parts, go to O'Reilly's because AutoZone is too lazy to do their jobs. They've lost me as a customer and I'll be sure to let everyone I know as well also.
