Selbst als er Hilfe brauchte, half er überhaupt nicht und sagte nur, dass er nicht könne. Die zwei Sterne, die ich vergab, galten dem jungen Mitarbeiter, der sehr enthusiastisch war, als er sah, wie ich mit der Gasflasche in der Hand kämpfte, aber nicht wusste, was ich tun sollte. Das habe ich sehr geschätzt. Dank diesem Mann wusste ich zum Glück, dass das Produkt, das mir verkauft wurde, defekt war. Als ich jedoch um Ersatz bat, teilte mir der Verkäufer (der das Produkt auch vorstellte) mit, dass dies das letzte sei und es keinen Ersatz mehr gäbe. Und ich musste in ein nahegelegenes Geschäft gehen, um das Produkt umzutauschen. Das war sehr zeitaufwendig und mein Eindruck von diesem Geschäft war nicht gut.
