Since I couldn’t reply to you Mr.Owner I hopped on my other account. Now regarding my post about the Yukon.
Mr. Owner I appreciate that the shop looked at my car initially and provided a loaner on my second visit. I expected the issue to be resolved and even said I would pay, but after this long without a proper fix, it’s clear your shop either doesn’t know how or isn’t willing to fix it. I’ll be taking my car to my own mechanic Monday and paying out-of-pocket. This raises serious concerns about your ability to diagnose and repair vehicles. I’m not expecting anything from you, but I will post my receipt showing what was actually wrong.

I purchased a car from Fairway Autos on March 4. Shortly after, I noticed a noise that wasn’t present during the test drive. The first person I contacted was Harrison Bara, who instructed me to get with my salesman, Edgar. I brought the car in, and when I picked it up the first time, Lee Cannan told me, “It doesn’t look pretty, but we put a piece of tape on the bumper and hope that resolves the issue.”
The noise continued, and when I came back a second time, I asked Lee what it would say about their mechanic if I took it to my own mechanic and they fixed the issue immediately. He simply said, “We’ll let us know.” Even after two visits, they still couldn’t identify or fix the problem. I made it clear from the beginning that I was willing to pay for repairs, but it feels like they don’t want to admit there’s an issue with the car.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, I strongly recommend asking how long of a test drive you can take and taking full advantage of that time.

I had the BEST customer service with Edgar and you can’t beat the price!!! I drove out of there with a huge smile on my face (in a new fully loaded Ford Mustang)!!! Edgar and Harrison were there to walk me through, step by step, to get me what I wanted. I am incredibly happy with the kindness and professionalism they showed me. I will be buying a fleet of cars from Fairway Auto Center in the near future. They said they can find me any time of car, anywhere in the US, and ship it to me!!! It can’t get any better than that!! I’m one VERY happy customer!!! P.S. It was my birthday when I bought my Mustang and Edgar brought me a homemade tres leches cake!!! So thoughtful!!!
