  I rented a car from Enterprise while mine was being repaired. I couldn’t ask for better service or vehicle. This was my third experience with them, recommend them highly.

  This place has made renting a vehicle a nightmare! Every single aspect of renting a vehicle was so difficult. Upgrade you but inconvenience you all at the same time. I don’t remember it being so expensive and difficult just to borrow a car with your money for a few days. I pray I never have to rent again but specifically never from this place.

  I've used Enterprise in the past and have always been satisfied with the service. This time did not disappoint. The car was ready when they said it would be, used and returned as expected. I'm an Enterprise Customer for life.

  Good customer service and our rental was a 2026 Chrysler pacifica it was kept very clean and it got us to our destination and back with no major issues. The only thing was it didn't have any windshield wiper fluid so had to take it threw a quick wash to clean it up to be able to see out windshield but over all great experience with Enterprise. Would highly recommend if you need a car rental.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and will never recommend them again. I made my reservation on February 25th for a vehicle to be picked up Tuesday, March 10th at 12:00 PM through March 16th. Wanting to avoid any issues, I even called again on Friday, March 6th to confirm everything was ready. During that call I explained that I had previously had a bad experience where our 15-passenger van wasn’t cleaned or gassed up when we arrived, which delayed our trip because we had to wait for employees to prepare the vehicle. I also asked the employee if I had to arrive exactly at 12:00 PM to pick up the vehicle, and she clearly told me no, that my car was reserved and would be held. Fast forward to today, March 10th. I called the branch around 1:00 PM to let them know I was on my way to pick up my reserved vehicle, and the branch manager informed me they had already given my vehicle to the next person because I didn’t show up exactly at 12:00 PM. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not only did they not honor my reservation, but no one even bothered to call me to check if I was still coming. They simply assumed and gave my vehicle away. This kind of lack of organization, communication, and reliability is unacceptable, especially when customers plan trips around these reservations. This completely delayed our family trip and caused unnecessary stress. Businesses like this should take reservations seriously and communicate with their customers. Thankfully, Classic Toyota in Tyler came through for us at the last minute. With only 30 minutes before our trip, they helped my family get into a beautiful 7-passenger van at an amazing deal for 6 days. If anyone in Tyler needs to rent a vehicle, skip Enterprise and go to Classic Toyota. They actually care about their customers and came through when Enterprise failed
