    If I could give this place zero stars I would. The whole company is very dishonest and the employees will lie to you also. I returned the vehicle I rented 2 days earlier than originally planned and I don't get those 2 days refunded? How is that right I'm still paying for a service I'm no longer using. I was also told by the employee gas would be 2.99 a gallon if not filling up the tank but I was charged 5.08 a gallon. Dishonest and shady. I will never return

    Both ladies that helped me were amazing and so friendly! We also loved getting to drive the newer mustang convertible. Even the guy that called me to make sure I got the same message from geico as he did, was super nice! No complaints and great experience during a stressful situation!

    Made reservations online recieved a call saying they didn't have a car and that they would call me back that afternoon. That was 6 days ago ! Have rented here in the past with no problem.

    I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. From pickup at the repair shop to return of the vehicle, the staff at the 2951 State Hwy 31 E, Tyler, TX location were friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this location for future rental needs.
