The employee took out my air vent filter for no reason after I told him I didn’t want anything else and told me he’d give me a discount of $40. I told him I already said no. Well since he took it out he ate emptied to put it back but it wouldn’t go back appropriately and he had to squish it into place! Now the filter is noisy and smells so bad because he got dust stirred up! Now I can’t afford to replace the filter and have to live with this defect!
