Before heading out, I called Valvoline and asked if they had any coupons, they immediately sent a coupon to my email for 20% off! As soon as I pulled into the driveway, the young man directed me in. Immediately, they went into action: asked what I needed, suggested taking a look at air in my tires, and all the other questions needed to give me what my car needed. Did I say they did it with a pleasant smile and friendliness that made you feel you came to the right place? Of course, they'll suggest what services could benefit your car further. But there's no pressure tactics. I hate having to keep telling pushy technicians no, no, no. They checked my lights: brake lights, blinkers, high beams. That's good. After taking my coupon and payment, I was out the door in like 15 - 20 minutes. I kid you not. And the price was right! All with a pleasant smile and professional service. Why change. Shout out to Kennedy and Billie (manager on duty who gave me another coupon!). That's what I call service!!!

Everyone was professional & kind & appeared to like their jobs. The site was easy to access & was clean and tidy. There are other sites closer to my home, but I will drive the extra bit to visit this particular location again. Very satisfied and happy with my experience.
