  I’m from Longview, Texas, but I work in Tyler, so whenever I need an oil change, I head straight to the Valvoline on the Loop. The team there is always welcoming and knowledgeable. I was impressed by a new team member, Eli, who handled all my questions honestly and without any pressure to buy extra services. The managers are great too, and I’ve never had any complaints. Overall, this Valvoline is a standout, so competitors, take note!”

  Big salute to the manager Brittney who is very informative This store is amazingly smooth and professional i came to air my tires this week and Brittney answered all my concerns i am now back for my oil change and this place does not miss a beat the things i learn today about my car no place has ever brought to my attention shout out to you Brittney and your team more places should be like this open to teaching so customers understand what is happening and they are not just a number

  I had a driven all over Tyler for an oil change! Walmart didn’t have a filter and take 5 didn’t have enough employees. Came to the valvoline location on the loop close to fifth street and they got my car right. Checked everything they could. Very friendly and great customer service! 10/10

  After a 6 day work week of 10 hour shifts the last thing I wanted to do was my oil change. I stopped in and was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable, and well spoken staff. It was a quick, easy, and thorough experience. Save yourself the trouble and mess. Go here. 👍

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Oil on the Loop in Tyler, TX! Store Manager Brittney and her team were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s both fast and thorough, but this location absolutely delivers. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this team!
