  I phoned in, was quoted premium package only, no other option given. Included the windshield, wipers, solution. Guy came out, did the windshield replacement, all good, then was packing up to leave. I asked about wipers and solution. Apparently I wasn't charged the wipers and he forgot the solution, I paid 45$ for that solution, and was quoted 70$ for the wipers. So overall, the guy was great, the office, lacks professionalism

  Jose’ arrived on time, communicated well and efficient. I was teaching, and he texted me when it was completed and advised he locked my doors so I didn’t have to go check.

  UPDATE: All of my negative comments below stand with regard to the sorry customer service via their website and their 800 number. HOWEVER, I was very pleased that the store manager, Michael, reached out and was eager to resolve my issue. Rather than putting it on me to fix their problem, he went through his channels and got an intelligent answer. A problem is an opportunity to win and keep a customer if you approach it like you WANT to help - like Michael did - and I feel much better about Safelite, at least the Tyler store. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4, and I didn't do 5 only because I still think their website, their 800 number, and their corporate staff suck. ORIGINAL: I was very pleased with the service. however, they charged me twice and I can't get through to them to get it fixed. I prepaid the service through Paypal and I have two charges. When I FINALLY managed to talk to someone after jacking with their worthless voice mail system for thirty minutes, they couldn't do anything about and they wanted me to call back tomorrow to talk to Billing. When I got transferred to Customer Service she was equally unhelpful and she instead wanted me to call her manager tomorrow. I'M NOT GOING TO DO THEIR JOBS FOR THEM. They should be willing to do the legwork needed to make good on their screw up. I will NEVER EVER EVER use Safelite again.

  I was in a crunch I travel a lot windshield was cracked in my veiw they got me in at a 7 AM appointment they was there at 645 took my keys and was leaving by 8 cost was 300 dollars cheaper then everyone else and a warranty thank ya for being so professional and punctual made the stress go away
