Although they applied a $20 “coupon”, it was still $100 for the service. We were not informed that there was a long wait time until we were already there for an hour plus. I am not sure what the point was in making an appointment. Good thing we had nothing planned for the day, as this took up our whole afternoon. Other people came in after us and were served before, which could be reasonable if we weren’t getting the most basic services they offer. Hopefully in the future, they compensate individuals better for the extreme wait times or inform them upon arrival that it would take that long. Despite their stellar reviews online, we experienced below average service.

Brought car back at 3, sat in waiting area for 45 min. car never moved from parking spot. Had someone to come get me. Before I left they said they were pulling it in in a minute. Went home and waited for call, no call. I called them to ask about it. They said tire rotation was done and they were pulling it in to do alignment and it would be about 30 minutes. Came back 5 min before closing and they said it needs alignment, duh, thats what I mainly for. So now we have to wait another 30 minutes or longer. My wife brought me back and now she is mad. Won't be back.
