He had a defect on one rear tire. The manager on duty would not warranty the tire. The manager said they don’t even sell that brand of tire there, meanwhile my friend pulled out his receipt substantiating the tire was indeed bought there, less than 3 months ago. I was standing there watching my friend negotiate. Never trust a company that doesn’t stand behind the products they sell and their customers!
