Turned out nothing was wrong with the transmission, only low on fluid. Apparently they don’t have the capacity to check for that. We have been paying for a rental car the entire time! Not that it matters to them that we are spending over an extra 1000 a month for a rental. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to use this place!! I DO NOT RECCOM!!
