Had a deer accident in August and I thought it was a quick fix with damage to the headlight and bumper and could bend out the hood, but to my lack of car stuff (just know the basics) knowledge there was allot more damages to other parts of the engine area and told me how bad my hood was really and gave me a good explanation for it, and then they cleaned the inside of my car for me which is an amazing thing since I don't really clean out my car that much, hell rarely do, which surprised me didn't expect them to do that but still awesome. All I wanted to say is think you to the mechanics the estimator and the clerk for giving me an awesome experience.
