There were actually two Chases working that day, and both of them did an excellent job. Super professional, friendly, and expeditious from start to finish. They helped us out when we were dealing with worn brake pads and took care of what I think was the brake fluid (listen… I’m not a mechanic 😂). What I do know is that they explained everything clearly, didn’t make us feel rushed or talked down to, and got us safely back on the road fast. The service was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, exactly what you want. Huge thanks to both Chases for taking care of us and making the whole experience easy. Better late than never, right? Highly recommend!
