They won't even give you a call back when you leave your number for a call back on their app. I have just finished my time with the device and was quoted a last fee of 60$ but now I have been charged 111.00$ 11 days earlier than they told me on the phone. And yes I have been calling them. But like I said before, getting a hold of them is near impossible.
