Worst service ever. My husband picked up a vehicle from them, drove off the lot and the car died in the middle of the road less than a mile away with our 4yr old in it. He calls them because the car is out of gas and they told him to call roadside assistance instead of taking him gas. Then I waited on hold for 12 minutes without them picking up the phone to see if they could handle the situation faster than what roadside assistance quoted as an hour and a half. It’s 40 degrees outside and they just don’t use basic human decency.

Horrible experience, waited for almost half an hour just to get up to the counter. Because one of the two individuals working was on the phone, helping somebody from a completely different enterprise location. Instead of the staff taking care of the mounting customers that were standing in lobby. Then Enterprises poor policy won’t let you add multiple drivers to the vehicle. Which I understand is extra cost, but it used to be an option to add it online when you made the reservation with the drivers license numbers.
It’s kind of ironic because on the wall in the lobby there’s a sign that says “making the customer, the priority is their first priority”. Definitely not the experience that this branch provides. Definitely do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Worst service ever. I would never recommend coming here. Our car got hit not long after moving to texas and went thru the other person's insurance which gave us the rental. We did not know how much attitude about requiring a credit card due to not having an in-state license(we just moved here and are struggling heavily aside from the accident on our only vehicle, that was not our fault). Another worker had to go to the manager due to the lady behind the counter not wanting to do anything for us except belittle us. You never know what people are going thru when the come into your business and to do that to them after they had their vehicle put in the shop by an accident.

My experience in the past with enterprise was not the best but this time turned it all around. I booked a appointment 3 weeks in advance for our honeymoon rental car. We requested a Red JEEP. Now do keep in mind It is hard for car rental places to get specific cars like this. When booking the appointment I spoke with Kathrine. She was very clear she would do her best to try to get us a Red Jeep. About 3 days before our appointment I called to checked about the status of getting us a Red Jeep. She told me that unfortunately we weren’t going to get the red Jeep because the hybrids we’re having battery recall issues. In my heart, I was kind of disappointed, but I knew that it wasn’t her fault so I just continued on and told myself that we would get a nice rental car for Our honeymoon. The day of our appointment that morning, we were at breakfast and my husband’s phone started to ring and it was not a Recognizable number, so I answered it, and it was Kathrine. She called to tell us that a fleet of cars had came in the night before and the very last car that came off the fleet was a red Jeep Wrangler. I want to say this that I’m a believer of Christ and I’m a believer of prayer me and my husband prayed for this rental car. I know that sounds silly but we did if you don’t believe that God hears you he does. Because let me tell you he showed up and showed out. Kathrine was in shock That the red Jeep came in so she called us first thing that morning to let us know. We were extremely excited to rent this red Jeep. We actually want to buy one now. I just want to give thanks to Kathrine and Aj For an outstanding job and making us feel comfortable and at home when renting a car. They were even excited for us. We all laughed about how it was meant to be and how wild it was that they got that jeep for us. When I tell you that this experience was a dream come true it was. If you’re looking to rent a car, ask for Kathrine or AJ. Remember to never lose the Faith God is in the giving business 🙌🏻🙏🏻
