I was told one amount for the deposit and the rate of the vehicle (because I was going through insurance) however, when I arrived at the business the deposit amount changed and was significantly higher than what I was quoted. I was told the employee was new (hadn't been working there a week) and she misspoke. First why would you allow a new employee who was obviously still going through training take care of an important transaction dealing with an insurance reservation speak unsupervised to a potential customer. Second, regardless if she misspoke or not, the price she quoted should have been honored because she represents the company. That's a business and that's how a reputable business is successful. I spoke with Brianna the branch manager and Johnathan the Regional/District manager to no avail. They both support their unethical misrepresentation of information stating that the employee is new and misspoke. The new employee was also not well trained, not familiar with deposit amounts. Brianna nor Johnathan were any help in solving the situation. I rented from them in the past before they moved across the street, but never again. Very disappointed.

As simple as it sounds she had no valid reasoning and was arguing with me about why I could not take the car I reserved and was literally staring at ready to go. Terrible experience, waiting to hear from area manager and at the time being will not step into another enterprise.
