The customer service is outstanding from bringing the car to us, and them picking it up. And when there was a problem with the rental, they very quickly fixed the issue. The employees are outstanding and very helpful. Hopefully won't need to rent anytime soon, but will only rent from Enterprise from now on.

By the time we got there they were giving the car away that we had reserved. Very disappointed that we drove in from a different town to get a car we reserved only to find out they gave it to someone else. We will never use this enterprise again.

Now they close early on Sunday at 4 and we pull up at 4:35 and leave the car there and it’s all on camera. I bring keys back up there 2/9/2026 at 8am and still get charged for a whole other day because there is no drop box for the keys which isn’t rite. If that is the case I should’ve just kept the car for the whole other day then.
