"Anyone can take a reservation." I will say the lady who called to inform me of the lack of cars was polite, however, I should not be able to reserve a car and then one hour before pick be told there are no available cars.

Asked if they could transfer the reservation to another location, "We’re Closed". Not to mention I was dropped off to pick up the car. Branch Manager Tra'Kaila Graves tells me that I have to leave, locks the door and drives off with a smirk as I'm left standing outside. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Never gonna use Enterprise again.
