    Excellent customer service i had a issue with my rental shortly after pickup and Joe and trakala even being 10 minuets after closing time jumped into action to help me figure it out right away with no hesitation. I highly recommend using this location and shout out to the team over there that helped me out and keep the wheels moving. Joe even offered to come in early next day and drive to a futher location to get another car for me the very next day. Good peaple and great service!!!

    Well I'll tell you I picked up this car and the car smelled the odor of the wet dog. It was Misty and partially raining so the windshield wipers were not any good. Would hardly wipe the. I wanted to check the oil before I left on my trip for 4 hours, 5 hours and the hood would not open. I tried numerous times to get it to open and would not. All I can say is is for the amount of money I paid about $468 for 2 days. The quality was poor. Good luck

    All I can say is Seinfeld Season 3, Episode 11. The major difference is they didn't have any cars, not even a "compact." Please learn how to "hold" the reservation. "Anyone can take a reservation." I will say the lady who called to inform me of the lack of cars was polite, however, I should not be able to reserve a car and then one hour before pick be told there are no available cars.

    Made a reservation online. Received a text and I completed all paperwork and gave credit card information. No cars at this location or any other location in Tyler. Horrible business practices.
