  One star only because no stars option was not an option. READ every word of what the have you signing..The sales department was extremely deceptive when attempting to get me approved. I was told they would not check more than one company. Instead running numerous times. Even telling me they would not "shotgun" my credit like car dealerships do. I went to another seller the next day and was instantly approved. Beware of what you are signing. This seems simple but when assured you are approved you feel like credit part is finished and telling the salesman you will not agree to numerous checks on credit. This was stated to the sales department that I would be " pissed off" if it happened. The salesman went so far as to send us to contact the insurance company on the contact,complete with the vin# of the camper we were "buying", while they printed the contract. Several days later we discovered we had been deceived. Soooooooooʻ glad we decided to buy elsewhere.

  I would not recommend them bought a camper from them and had so many problems my sells man name was Jake do not use him he never called me and he was not there for the sell and had to get Camping World in Biloxi Mississippi to fix everything that was wrong with it so if you buy a used camper from them make sure you check everything out REALLY CLOSE . Check water leak, heating and air duct, roof leaks, tires leak ,electrical problem , and mad sure you recheck anything you tell them to fix. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH THIS CAMPER

  Took fifth wheel in here for repairs. Came half way through repairs to get my lock box and it was damaged and pried on to be able to open by hand. They told me “that it is not their fault you left something of value in there and we are not responsible”. When they were cleaning/applying the roof protection as part of the annual maintenance they recommend the vent plastic was busted and they tried to charge me $300 to fix it. I found out it was broken cause there was water everywhere in my camper in the second bedroom after a rain. A specialty latch all of a sudden disappears for the extension for my dinette table. Another trip there they hit my camper with another one and I was not told about that and they admitted fault when I showed them pictures and did as minimum as possible to patch it. I took the camper there to look at downsizing. I purchased it from them for $60,000 one year prior and they offered me $19,000. Go somewhere else, poor poor business model here. They put on a fake smile but they don’t care about giving a quality service!
