- DFDuane Fleer5 days ago5.0I called just before closing on a Thursday (a couple of weeks ago) for an alignment because I had just changed struts on all four corners of my '20 Ridgeline. Felicia got me in first thing the next morning (Friday) and ran a four wheel alignment in quick order (after finding a loose axle nut on the front right - thanks Brayton for catching that). A little quick work with a torque wrench to retorque both axle nuts, and an alignment check (it was pretty much dead on even after the strut change out) and the truck was good to go. Really good work by Felicia and Brayton and the team at Brakes Plus. After watching them work and interacting with them, I have high confidence in their abilities.
