    Juan at this location was very helpful with replacing my brakes and walked me through every step of the way. He did not try to over sell me on something and answered my questions. I will be back soon for an oil change.

    After purchasing a truck at Patterson Tyler and receiving it with major work needed. Due to their service department being potatoes. Brakes Plus jumped on it with honest work done, Highly recommend to anyone needing service done.

    Let me start my saying 8am sharp when they first open and answer the phone they are ready and informal. When I got there they informed me on everything needed for my vehicle to be safe on this road and once we confirmed what I can do today they went straight to work. Around 9 ish by 1pm they were done with my car shocks, struts, and front alignment and even my abs sensor. Thank you Jessica Mariah!!!!!!! And the whole team. The service and dedication to what yall do is what brought me. The price for everything done was way less that just a basic alignment at others I’ve looked at.

    The brakes on our SUV were getting grabby. The people at Brakes Plus did a free inspection and explained the different options they offer to remedy our situation. After completing the work our SUV's brakes have been more responsive than they have been in years. The people here are friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future!
