We were at Walmart getting groceries last night and went out to get in our car and had a dead battery. Luckily, this nice gentleman gave us a jump and we went to Auto Zone to get a new battery. Melissa helped us there, and not only did she sell us the battery but she took off the old battery and put on the new one for us in a split second right then and there. No one has ever done that for us before, and I am so appreciative to her for this. Thank you Melissa for your kindness and hospitality! We need more people like you in customer service!
