  I waited in line for 20 minutes with 2 bottles of fuel cleaner because only 1 employee was helping customers in the store and the self checkout didn’t work. One employee was just behind the wall behind the registers having a personal conversation on speaker phone the whole time I was there. I specifically asked if he was on break and they said he wasn’t. I don’t know what this store would do without Daniel (the only employee helping customers). Shout out to Daniel for taking care of us all!

  The people working at Autozone in this horrible weather are so efficient, attentive and patient. They went over and beyond to help me. Gave me advice about what to use on my driveway. They also happily loaded my purchase for me. Thank you Zero and the crew.

  We were 2 hours away from home when our car lost all power. We coasted into the Autozone in Tyler. Evan and Daniel went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. I have never been so thankful for people in my life, if it wasn’t for these 2 incredible men we would have been stranded! If every Autozone had employees like this there would be millions of happy customers. I hope these 2 young men know they saved us and I’m so grateful!!! Thank you so much Evan and Daniel…….autozone I hope y’all know these men are amazing. You are lucky to have them, they are an asset to your company.
