Not fun when you have a high dollar truck that is regular serviced by a dealer and has had front end work done at a dealer that just ate a set of tires. Went in expecting having to spend a lot of money need new shocks, ball joints, tie rods or whatever else the dealer was trying to tell me we would need. Mind you 12k miles ago the dealer replaced a tie rod end under warranty and “performed the alignment”. Obviously that part didn’t happen. Got new tires put on and went straight to the king. They went through the truck with a fine tooth comb and instead of trying to sell me a bunch of parts that they easily could have, they were honest and said the only thing wrong was the toe was complete out of whack. Truly appreciate the honestly and not just trying to sell me a bunch of parts to max and extra profit. They got me in and out quickly and the truck drives perfect again. Thank you Josh and the Alignment King team!!!!

Their owner diagnosed the issue (which he did cheaper an the 4 other places I went to) and came in lower while also using quality parts. They also got the work done very quickly and were very easy to work with. 10/10 service and 10/10 on affordability. 10/10 on speed and 10/10 on customer service. Overall will be using them again if at all possible in the future.
