HORRENDOUS experience with front of house and back of house. We brought our RV in for repairs on AC, a blow out, fridge and cosmetic issues. They called us stating everything was good and ready to go. Traveled two hours to pick it up. we decided to check everything before pulling out. Once we did a walk through, the AC was not blowing at the strength it was when we dropped it off. We pointed this out and it took the tech and the service manager maybe 15 minutes to finally decide to check the ducts AFTER we kept on insisting things weren’t right. And lo and behold there was something in the ducts that was blocking air flow.
My problem here is, how are they going to tell us everything is ready to go and not even check air flow once replaced??
Once AC was checked there was an electrical issue causing arching that DID NOT happen while I had my RV under MY CARE. The whole time my partner and I were talking to the service manager. ALSO he said quote on quote “I’m glad I’m not the one fixing things. I’m the guy that does the paper work and numbers and phone calls.” If you’re only the guy the does the paper work, why am I speaking to you and not the tech that has been working on our RV? Because the tech KNOWS exactly everything he did, right?
ALSO, there was a hail storm apparently the weekend prior to us picking the RV up. They not once personally called us and told us that our RV was damaged due to the hail UNTIL WE called them to check on stuff.
I understand they’re busy, but if my RV is under YOUR care, I’ think it’s your responsibility to address any further damages regardless if it was natural causes or man made causes.
Once we wrapped things up to go home, Jarrett told us to pull around the building to head on out to the highway. We had to walk inside the front of store where their merchandise is displayed.to perchase a couple things. We politely asked a tall male older employee, “hey, the gate is closed and we were told to pull around. Do you think you can open the gate please.” Mind you we didn’t know that the gate was automatic and would open on its own. The employee looked at us so confused and said, you have to pull out where the gate is actually open. (Usually where you drop off the RVs). As he was saying this I noticed my partner was a little confused as to what we said could have caused confusion. So I said, this person told us to pull around to this side of the building. We need the gate open so we can leave. Can you please open the gate so we can leave?
To which the employee replied in a smart ass response.
No one in the building was nice/courteous, EXPECT for a new employee that has only been there for three weeks.

I had a really frustrating experience and feel like people should know before making the trip.
I drove an hour one way to pick up a part I needed to fix my AC—only to get home and find out it was broken. When I called to report the issue, instead of making it right, the manager told me I’d have to pay the difference for a replacement because the one I originally received came from their warehouse and the replacement would be “third party.”
So my options were:
- Pay more money for a part that may or may not also be defective, AND drive another hour each way to pick it up
- Or wait until the 30th for another warehouse part… while dealing with nearly 90° Texas heat and no AC
Neither option is reasonable. When a customer is sold a defective product, they shouldn’t be asked to pay more or jump through hoops to fix the store’s mistake.
This was poor customer service all around, and a huge inconvenience. I expected better.

One star only because no stars option was not an option. READ every word of what the have you signing..The sales department was extremely deceptive when attempting to get me approved. I was told they would not check more than one company. Instead running numerous times. Even telling me they would not "shotgun" my credit like car dealerships do. I went to another seller the next day and was instantly approved. Beware of what you are signing. This seems simple but when assured you are approved you feel like credit part is finished and telling the salesman you will not agree to numerous checks on credit. This was stated to the sales department that I would be " pissed off" if it happened. The salesman went so far as to send us to contact the insurance company on the contact, complete with the vin# of the camper we were "buying", while they printed the contract. Several days later we discovered we had been deceived. Soooooooooʻ glad we decided to buy elsewhere.
