  The guys over at NTB are great. We always go there for tires, batteries, and general maintenance. They are always helpful, professional, and pleasant to deal with.

  My daughter came in yesterday for oil change, Tire rotate and one of her tires had sidewall damage or bubble of some sort so they charged her for 50% tread length so basically she paid $119.98 for a new tire. She bought tires 5/5/25 and has put on exactly 13,643 miles that NTB claims is a 60,000 mile tire. Either she is being ripped off or there tires are garbage. She definitely won't be going back because I have 5 vehicles with tires and never been done like this before. And on top of that they either didn't put on her center cap on Tire or just didn't make sure it was all the way on. Now gone and she's out atleast $30 on a new center cap for her car on top of the unfair charges for Tire replacement. Mavis All Season Highway Tour tires are obviously junk don't buy them.

  I recently took my '97 Chevy Cheyenne to the NTB in Tomball on 2920 for a wheel rotation, balance, and alignment check. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Mayne, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Beyond the initial service, he helped address a few other issues at a very fair price. If you’re looking for honest, reliable maintenance, I highly recommend visiting Michael and the team at this location.

  After a blowout, I called the Tomball office of Mavis Tires (formerly NTB) since my local store didn’t have the particular tire to match my other three. A ticket was opened while I was having roadside assistance from family and we were able to have the tire replaced immediately. Michael the manager was most helpful. The roadside assistance helped as I only had to pay about 1/3 of a new tire price.
