  I can’t say anything more than spectacular. Truly the service was amazing . Checked everything that needed to be checked. Did the tire change. Felt bad because I kept on asking questions but they still answered them. Of course I’m definitely gonna be back I love when we all treat each other right as human beings

  I had a nail in my tire and stopped by to get it patched up. The guy told me that i would need a new tire because where it was placed. I went to DISCOUNT TIRE and they patched it up right away for FREE. I am so disappointed that he felt he could “hustle” me … I will never go to or recommended NTB :)

  Calvin is so amazing!! Highly recommend! I came right when they were closing and he still went above and beyond to assist and had my car ready when he said it would be ready. I’m truly thankful! Don’t hesitate to bring your car if you’re in need of service!

  I had a great experience at NTB thanks to Corey! He greeted me right away and was very helpful from the start. Initially, he thought I just needed air in my tire and kindly told me to pull up so the team could take care of it right away. After I explained the issue further, the team found that I needed a replacement. Corey walked me through my options, ordered the correct tire, and called me promptly the next morning when it arrived. When I returned, he remembered me and got everything taken care of right away. He is incredibly polite, kind, and truly customer-focused. It even felt like chatting with an old friend while I waited. You’re lucky to have him on your team! This will definitely be my go-to location moving forward.

  Just a heads-up about my experience with this place. I went in to replace the battery in my F-150 because I didn’t have time to do it myself. The front desk quoted me over $600 for the battery and labor, claiming it was difficult to access and replace. In reality, the battery is right under the hood and takes only a few bolts to remove. After I declined, they told me my battery voltage was so low that I might not even make it out of the parking lot. That turned out to be inaccurate. I drove on that same battery for another four months without any issues. The pricing and explanation didn’t add up. Charging that much for a straightforward battery replacement is excessive. I would recommend being cautious and getting a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.
