  Had to get a rental because my car was getting worked on, its stressful not having a car but this enterprise made the situation a lot less stressful for me! Their service was quick, correct, and kind. If I ever need to rent again I will come back here for sure, thank you guys ! I'm bad with names but the lady that helped me return the rental today was great ! Really appreciate you guys.

  I rented a 12-passenger van for a party. They had plenty of vehicles available and made sure I got one that had just been detailed. The rental was easy and the gentleman made sure to look over the vehicle and answer any questions I had. The return was just as simple. The lobby is clean and everything seems very organized. I would highly recommend this location.

  Dear Enterprise Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional service my son and I received at your 27607 TX-249 Tomball, TX 77375 branch on 03/21/2026 We visited this location to pick up a rental car following an accident. From the moment we arrived, the staff appeared unwilling to assist us. My son was told he would have to return on Monday for a verbal insurance confirmation, and a second employee—who was not originally assisting us—interjected to claim that our insurance provider, GEICO, was closed for the weekend. Furthermore, when I requested a different vehicle because the assigned Mitsubishi smelled strongly of cigarettes, the representative refused. My son was told that since his insurance only covers $23.00 a day and because of his age, that vehicle was "all he deserves." The negative attitudes displayed by Ava Johnson and her colleague were completely unacceptable. We are deeply frustrated by this dismissive and lazy service, and I hope you will look into the conduct at this office. I look forward to your response regarding this matter. Regards

  I’m honestly still very frustrated about the way I was treated by Adrian, the female African American manager of the Enterprise in Tomball off of 249. What should have been a straightforward professional interaction turned into something that felt dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily hostile. From the start, the tone of the conversation felt condescending. It felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously at all. What bothered me the most was the attitude. Rather than trying to clarify the situation or help resolve the problem, the responses I received came across as impatient and borderline disrespectful. Simple questions were met with curt replies, and when I tried to explain my position, I was brushed off as if the matter wasn’t worth her time. By the end of the interaction, I felt completely dismissed and frankly pretty upset. No one expects every conversation at work to be perfect, but basic professionalism and respect should still apply. The way this interaction was handled left me feeling like I was treated unfairly and rudely, when all I was trying to do was pay for your service. I understand that you all may not have a van when I needed one, but to offer memo resolve but to basically check everywhere else even though other employees were willing to help is just absurd. I’m sharing this because the experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I believe interactions in a professional environment should be handled with a lot more respect and patience than what I experienced in that moment. Matt on the other hand was helpful. He seen how Adrian was treating me and offered the resolution to point me to the van department which ended up being what I needed. Adrian gave him a disgusted look once he helped me which made the interaction that much more unpleasant. Initially she hung up on me when I told her she needed work on her customer service, and once I arrived in person she went out of her way to ensure I would not be helped. Thanks to Matt for simply doing what he was supposed to do in helping customers get what they pay for and Adrian needs a thorough lesson in common courtesy regardless on if she has to stay a bit longer due to Enterprise extending their hours from 2 until 5 and her having to stay. I simply needed help and due to this fact she made sure I will be going to the competitors in the future
