The explain everything in detail and I didn't have to take down my infant and toddler while the oil change was being done. We all sat inside the comfort of our vehicle and they definitely exceeded my expectations given this was the first time i went to them. they got my business moving forward.

They told me to go to the far right that’s where they do. Inspections. well, after waiting here an hour they told me they were doing oil changes. Also that’s why it was taking so long. Why would they tell you to go to the far right where it says official vehicle inspection and then have to wait. I could’ve gone somewhere else I would’ve been in and out by now never coming back again.

Their customer service was impeccable and I really appreciate being treated with dignity and respect. I asked questions and they answered quickly explaining things to me that I wasn’t aware of and I am grateful to have had this pleasant experience at the Tomball location. Thank you guys so much for making sure that I was taken care of. Keep up the great work.
