The vacuums are always working, and there are plenty of spots to park and use them—none of that frustration where there are only a few vacuums available and everyone is waiting. The layout is convenient and makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special shout-out to Kylie, who took the time to properly signal and guide me into the car wash. I truly appreciate clear, correct guidance—it makes a big difference and shows great customer service. Consistently a great experience every time I come here. Highly recommend!
