They charge to install a simple battery and offer half the warranty the providing parts company offers (Advance auto parts Die Hard). If taken to Advance they will install the battery for free but NTB charges $39.99 and charge $229 for a $179 battery. They also have a ludicrous markup on parts. We were provided with the stores copy of the invoice (probably by mistake) that contained all parts numbers. The re-manufactured starter they charged $466 for has a purchase price of $120. Again, Advance auto parts. Never again.
