  I recently took my '97 Chevy Cheyenne to the NTB in Tomball on 2920 for a wheel rotation, balance, and alignment check. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Mayne, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Beyond the initial service, he helped address a few other issues at a very fair price. If you’re looking for honest, reliable maintenance, I highly recommend visiting Michael and the team at this location.

  Michael Mayne was informative and took his time to explain what was causing issues with the alignment and noises that it was producing. I’d recommend NTB tomball location for your tire needs.

  After a blowout, I called the Tomball office of Mavis Tires (formerly NTB) since my local store didn’t have the particular tire to match my other three. A ticket was opened while I was having roadside assistance from family and we were able to have the tire replaced immediately. Michael the manager was most helpful. The roadside assistance helped as I only had to pay about 1/3 of a new tire price.

  I went to NTB Tire recently and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and helped explain what was going on with my tires without trying to push extra services on me. The service was pretty quick and the waiting area was clean. My car felt better after the work was done. Overall, I’d go back again for tire service.

  Made my appointment online, pulled the wheels off of my wife's car, and brough them to NTB for new tires. Upon arrival, was told that "carry-out" jobs have to be paid in CASH (remember paper money?). Of course, I didn't have $900 in my pocket, so I wasted hours of my time driving back and forth, installing and removing wheels, to comply with this unexpected company policy. If that's the rule, it needs to be communicated in advance. Also, note that the total shown when you make a reservation is not the actual total. There are additional taxes and fees to be added at checkout. At least the employees were friendly.
