  They repaired front end damage on my car. They provided a quote quickly & thoroughly explained what needed to be done - as well as what to expect once it was brought in for repairs. The quote was competitive to the other quotes we received. There was a little extra work once they got the car apart that added an extra day and a little to the cost, but they were up front with the communication & really tried to negotiate with the parts to keep the cost near the quote. Overall I’m glad we chose them for the repair.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this shop after bringing my vehicle in for repairs after an accident through USAA’s preferred network. The first time I was called to pick up my car, the paint job had obvious imperfections throughout: runs, chips, bumps, and overall poor finish quality. The issues were acknowledged and I was told they would be fixed. When I returned again, the paint was still not corrected. I was then told “no paint job is perfect,” which is simply not acceptable, especially when the vehicle’s paint was in better condition after being sideswiped than after their repairs. Once I made it clear that I had knowledge of body and paint work and would not accept the vehicle in that condition, the issues were suddenly able to be fixed. There were also multiple quality control problems. Trim inserts were removed and not reinstalled correctly. Windows were replaced without any disclosure or communication, despite the original window being fine. I paid over $800 for tint originally, and it would have been appropriate to notify me that replacement was done or needed. I only discovered this later when reviewing the invoice after noticing a tint difference while driving. Lug nuts were over tightened and cracked and I had to pay out of pocket for this to be fixed. More concerning, fuses were not reinstalled whatsoever, resulting in my rear lights not working. This is a major safety issue that could have caused a serious accident. Thankfully another driver flagged me down at night and told me about it. Additionally, after the first attempted pickup, I confirmed with staff that my rental would remain open. I later found out weeks afterward that it had not been handled correctly, resulting in significant charges. Thankfully insurance resolved this, but it was another unnecessary headache caused by poor communication. Overall, the experience involved constant issues, lack of transparency, and poor attention to detail. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this shop bring someone knowledgeable about bodywork to inspect the repairs carefully before accepting their vehicle. It is very concerning that this shop is considered a preferred provider given the number of problems encountered.
